Job Description:

‍We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAT/ACT Online Tutor to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to high school students preparing for the SAT and ACT exams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in test preparation, understands the test formats, and can help students develop effective strategies for success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized SAT/ACT tutoring sessions for high school students in a virtual setting.
• Develop customized lesson plans based on each student's strengths and areas for improvement.
• Teach test-taking strategies and time management techniques.
• Review and explain complex math, reading, writing, and science concepts tested on the SAT/ACT.
• Administer practice exams and analyze results to track student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and strategies for improving scores.
• Stay current with SAT/ACT exam changes and trends in standardized test prep.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Previous experience tutoring or teaching SAT/ACT test prep (required).
• Excellent knowledge of the SAT/ACT exam formats, question types, and scoring.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable way.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with high school students.
• Proficient in online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven track record of helping students improve their SAT/ACT scores.
• Experience working with diverse learning styles.
